Bryan has spent two decades helping leaders inside commercial organizations, healthcare systems, and nonprofit boards build the senior benches that handle their hardest work. A classically trained musician turned organizational practitioner, he brings a conductor’s ear to coaching: when to draw a voice forward, when to hold silence, when to change tempo.
